Dr. Pranav D. Joshi, co-founder and director of Rutvik Engineering Private Limited, has guided the firm’s rise from a small Ahmedabad start-up to an “A-Class” EPC leader with an 800-strong workforce and more than 500 commissioned projects nationwide. Championing a culture of transparent collaboration, he insists that REPL’s greatest strength lies “not only in world-leading technical expertise and innovative thinking, but in the open partnerships we build with every client.” Under his stewardship, the company now delivers full supply-install-testing-commissioning solutions across electrical, civil, mechanical, fire safety, ELV, and renewable domains, staying true to the founding belief that infrastructure should liberate businesses to grow, not hold them back.
Dr. Rutvik Dhruvkant Joshi
Dr. Rutvik D. Joshi, co-founder and director of Rutvik Engineering Private Limited, brings more than 27 years of field experience and a hands-on understanding of how electrical and civil projects can make—or break—a growing business. In his director’s note, he stresses that REPL’s purpose is to “make our clients’ lives easier by taking the pain away from turnkey project work,” allowing them to focus on what truly drives their growth. From the company’s Ahmedabad hub, he has led teams that now operate across Gujarat and multiple Indian states, all while helping customers avoid the costly missteps that often accompany large-scale infrastructure programs and freeing them to deploy their time where it matters most.
